The first trailer has been released, conveying the film’s offbeat atmosphere of comedy and domestic horror, while also hinting at surreal supernatural allusions.
Marielle Heller’s film is based on Rachel Yoder’s 2021 best-seller, which has been described as a “satirical children’s story,” and the movie makes no mistake, it centers on the dog’s central question: “Is she there or not?”.
