Donald Glover has released the trailer. Bandō Stone and the New WorldThe new film is directed and produced by Childish Gambino under his stage name.
The trailer depicts Glover as a carefree, optimistic musician who finds himself lost in a post-apocalyptic dystopia. He meets a woman (played by Jessica Allan) and a child, and the three work together to survive in this new world where humans are nowhere to be found, but all sorts of otherworldly threats abound.
This will be Glover’s feature film directorial debut, though he has already directed several episodes of the series. AtlantaHe co-produced and stars in the film with his brother, Stephen Glover. Atlanta Director Hiro Murai and Stephen Glover in 2019 Guava Island“The Musical” is a musical film in which Glover co-stars with Rihanna. The film premiered at Coachella, where Glover also performed.
Bandō Stone and the New World While there is currently no release date, the film will feature a new original soundtrack composed by Childish Gambino himself, which is sure to delight fans of his fifth album. AtavistaIt was released in May.
