Generative AI is the current tech trend, but data shows that many B2B organizations are still hesitant to adopt generative AI tools at scale.
This is according to a recent survey conducted by Bain and Company, which incorporated responses from more than 1,000 B2B professionals on how their organizations are utilizing AI in their workflows.
Part of the reason could be utility, in that some companies aren’t seeing efficiencies from using AI, but on the other hand, they may have hard-wired processes and are sticking to what they know.
Either way, the results suggest that more targeted and thoughtful use of AI could offer greater opportunities for efficiency gains, and that B2B brands have yet to discover the best ways to integrate such tools.
