What is Abigail about?
Abigail The story is about a group of criminals who kidnap a rich man’s daughter after a ballet rehearsal and demand a $50 million ransom. But the plot takes a turn when they discover that the petite dancer (Alesha Weir) is actually a vampire. Now they’re trapped in an isolated mansion with her, rather than the other way around. Predictably, heads fly off.

teeth Abigail Worth watching?
Despite the trailer revealing much of the story, audiences and critics alike praised Abigail as proving to be refreshing. Rotten Tomatoeswhich received scores of 85% and 83%, respectively. A reviewer from Mashable was less than impressed with the sentimental twists that took away from the overall entertainment value, but still rated the film overall as “great.”
“It’s exactly what you’d expect from a wild, gory, goofy crowd-pleaser, given its highly promoted premise. But it still leaves you wanting to move as fast and as hard as the little dancers it scares,” wrote Kristi Puchko.

How to watch Abigail at home
Starting June 25th, you can watch this little ballerina horror movie at home by purchasing it from digital retailers like Prime Video and Apple TV, and it will be available to rent from July 9th. Note that if you rent it, you’ll be limited to a 30-day viewing period, and you’ll have 48 hours to finish watching it after clicking play.

Abigail is a Universal Pictures film that will eventually make its streaming debut on NBCUniversal’s streaming platform, Peacock.
