New trailer for M. Night Shyamalan’s psychological thriller trap Josh Hartnett is seen using some pretty resourceful tactics to evade the police, as well as clearly violating deep frying safety rules.
trap The film follows father Cooper (Hartnett) as he undergoes a fatherly rite of passage: going to a pop concert with his teenage daughter (Ariel Donahue). But he soon discovers that his daughter’s safety isn’t his only concern. Unbeknownst to those in attendance, the concert is actually a trap to catch a serial killer who authorities believe is in the audience.
While hundreds of police officers patrolling a venue might not upset most concertgoers, it’s a major concern if you’re a criminal they’re looking for.
Written and directed by M. Night Shyamalan trap Shyamalan’s own daughter, Saleka, also stars in the film as pop singer Lady Raven.
