Here’s the official synopsis:Mufasa: The Lion King Rafiki asks Kiara, a young lion cub, daughter of Simba and Nala, to tell the legend of Mufasa, with Timon and Pumbaa delivering the customary rendition. Told in flashback, the story introduces Mufasa as an orphaned cub, lost and alone until he meets Taka, a sympathetic lion of royal blood. This chance encounter marks the beginning of an epic journey for this extraordinary band of misfits in search of their destiny. Their bonds are tested as they work together to escape menacing and fearsome foes.
Mufasa: The Lion King The film features an impressive cast including Aaron Pierre as Mufasa, Kelvin Harrison Jr. as Taka, John Kani as Rafiki, Seth Rogen and Billy Eichner as Pumbaa and Timon. Blue Ivy Carter voices Kiara and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter plays Nala. Other cast members include Tiffany Boone, Kagiso Lediga, Preston Nyman, Mads Mikkelsen, Thandiwe Newton, Lennie James, Anika Noni Rose, Keith David and Donald Glover.
