That’s because while much of the speculation surrounding TikTok right now is about whether it will have a presence in the U.S. in the coming months, the reality is that TikTok remains an incredibly popular channel with over a billion users around the world, and even if it were banned in the U.S., it would still be available in other territories, providing valuable reach and branding opportunities.

So while increased reliance on apps could be problematic in the long term, the immediate opportunities are worth considering.
