As the sun set over Paris and French President Emmanuel Macron officially opened the 2024 Olympics, Dion was still nowhere to be seen. But the ceremony continued with a spectacular laser light show illuminating the Eiffel Tower, glitter-filled Olympic rings and speedboats transporting more Olympic stars, including Serena Williams.
