Garmin Pay is a service that is comparable to Apple Pay or Google Wallet. It allows you to pay with your credit or debit card at compatible stores without having to pull out your physical card or phone. In fact, Garmin Pay doesn’t have a phone or desktop-based version. It’s primarily meant to let you go for a run or ease your commute without worrying about whether you have cash in your pocket. More on the commute later.
You can add cards to Garmin Pay through the Garmin Connect mobile app and securely sync them to your watch. To make payments, wallet From the control menu on your watch, enter your passcode if it’s been 24 hours since you last used Garmin Pay or if you’ve taken your watch off since then, at which point you can either bring your watch near an NFC payment terminal or switch cards first if you don’t want to use your last selected card.
