As the calendar turns and the seasons begin to change, Summer blockbuster movies Television seems to be getting cozier and more comfortable as the fall dramas make way for more, and that’s true for the more exciting content coming up. Netflix High-minded drama, impressive acting and heartwarming action are coming to the streaming service this September.
Here is everything that comes and goes. Netflix September will see the release of some not to be missed titles.
The perfect couple
The 1% Murder
This murder mystery drama starring Nicole Kidman is based on the 2018 bestselling book by Erin Hildenbrand. It tells the story of a wealthy Nantucket family who gather for a wedding and then hide their secrets. When a body is discovered, they all become murder suspects. The plot and trailer are reminiscent of Big Little Lies and White Lotus, with Kidman and Meghan Fahy in the mix. It reminds me of other, maybe better, series, but it’s very pretty and looks very fun. Still, who doesn’t enjoy watching wealthy people get crushed by their own dramas?
The six-episode series will be released on September 5th.
Emily in Paris – Season 4, Part 2
Guilty Pleasure
The final episode of the internet hit Netflix drama “Emily in Paris” will be available on Netflix after part one was released in August. This outlandish drama is easy to watch and easy to tire of at the same time with a perfect, insensitive yet captivating storyline. Don’t expect too many surprises, but we can expect to see a lot of new outfits and scenery as Emily travels through Europe. You’ll definitely want to binge watch this show as soon as it’s released and enjoy all the buzz surrounding it before moving on to the next one. The second half of the season will be available to watch from September 12th.
His three daughters
Festival Tour Drama
After its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, this family drama starring a trio of talented actresses is coming to Netflix. In His Three Daughters, Carrie Coon, Elizabeth Olsen and Natasha Lyonne play estranged sisters who reunite when their father’s health deteriorates. It’s an intimate, tense and emotional story that provides a fitting transition from the fun and silly movies of the summer to the dramatic stories that will be the talk of the fall festivals. Feel good and feel all the emotions in this movie. What’s on Netflix in September?
